I’m very pleased to say that Nicotine Explained is now available for purchase (the paperback version is available now, the kindle version is available for pr-order for release this Tuesday 14th May).
It provides a similar analysis of nicotine as Alcohol Explained does for alcohol. As you can imagine there are some similar themes in there, but I have developed and expanded upon some of them and also introduced some new ideas and so I am hoping it will be of interest to anyone looking to explore some new concepts relating to addiction, not just people who are currently smoking / vaping / dipping / chewing.
It going to be available for a reduced price for a limited period (£1.99 / $2.59 for the kindle edition, £5.99 / $6.99 for the paperback – for those in Australia is will be AUD 3.99 for the kindle with the paperback having to be ordered from UK or US Amazon although I am looking into a more efficient distribution method generally).
As ever if you do read it I would be very interested to receive your feedback, good, bad or indifferent. This can be sent either in comments below, through the facebook group for Alcohol Explained, or through the Contact section of the website.

When I saw this e-mail last night, I got so excited!!!! I LOVED your AE book, it was incredibly helpful in quitting alcohol for me. I loved the short chapters, and the clear cut, simple explanations. It all made so much sense. I am still smoking and that is my next thing that I want to focus on quitting. I ordered the book right away and cannot wait to get it and read it. I am hopeful it will be as life changing for me as AE. Thank you!!!!
